Highly recommend Agency Roofing! After getting quotes from different roofing companies, I decided on Agency because of Vick and his team and so glad I did. My home is partly flat roof and angled. On the flat portion, everything needed to be ripped out (I had single ply before) as well as all new tile. Not only were they available for all the questions I had, they stayed on the timeframe to get everything installed and our communications were a breeze. A year after replacing my entire roof I had a leak after a major rainstorm and without any hesitation, they were ready to come the next day to fix the leak. They fixed the leak and unfortunately it didn't solve the issue (only found that out after the next rain came) and again, they were at my house the very next morning. They ended up repairing and replacing a section of underlayment and even made it a point to get it done asap because we were expecting heavy rain once again. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and especially all the help from Don, Ron, Vick, and the rest of their team! Would highly recommend!
